1) Analysis: The first stage is strategic analysis, where the aim is to achieve an understanding of the key contemporary issues in strategic management, both externally and internally, that are likely to influence the performance of the company. Students are advised to do a thorough research to make the report as up to date as possible.
Use the external and internal environmental analyses to give you the information which will be necessary in the next phase.
2) Development of strategic alternatives, their evaluation and the selection of the ones to be implemented based on the first phase of this project. After this you will be designing the implementation strategy along with the strategy to control and evaluate the selected strategy or strategies.
